BigPitchure's policy on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

BigPitchure has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or interaction that involves:

• Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors
• Grooming or predatory behavior
• Sharing or requesting inappropriate content involving children

These standards apply to all users of the BigPitchure app and platform.

Any violation will result in:

• Immediate content removal
• Permanent account suspension
• Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required

Users can report concerns through the app.

BigPitchure complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations.

1. Adults-Only Platform (18+)

BigPitchure is strictly intended for users aged 18 years and above.

Users below the age of 18 are not permitted to:

• Create accounts
• Upload content
• Use platform features
• Access community interactions

If an underage user is identified, BigPitchure reserves the right to remove the account and restrict future access.

2. Zero-Tolerance Statement on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

BigPitchure maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any content, behavior, communication, or interaction that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or causes harm to a minor (any individual under the age of 18) is strictly prohibited.

3. Scope and Applicability

These Child Safety Standards apply to all users, contributors, participants, and visitors of BigPitchure, including:

• The BigPitchure mobile application
• The BigPitchure website
• All BigPitchure features including posts, uploads, comments, messaging, and user-generated content

By using BigPitchure, every user agrees to comply with these standards.

4. Prohibited Content and Behavior

4.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

• Any image, video, audio, text, animation, illustration, or AI-generated content that sexualizes a minor
• Sexual or sexually suggestive content involving any individual under 18 years of age
• Content that promotes or glorifies child sexual abuse or exploitation

4.2 Grooming and Predatory Behavior

• Building inappropriate trust with a minor for exploitation
• Soliciting personal information, images, videos, or contact details from minors
• Sending harmful or sexual messages to minors

4.3 Exploitation and Trafficking

• Sextortion, blackmail, or coercion involving minors
• Trafficking-related behavior involving minors
• Commercial sexual exploitation of minors

5. Reporting Mechanism

BigPitchure provides an in-app reporting feature.

Users can report posts that may violate child safety standards.

Users may report posts involving:

• Child exploitation
• Grooming behavior
• Sexualized content involving minors
• Harassment involving minors
• Unsafe or suspicious content

All reported posts are reviewed by the safety team.

6. Admin Review Before Feed Publication

To maintain platform safety:

• User posts are not automatically published.
• Every submitted post is reviewed by admin before publication.
• Only admin-approved posts appear in the public feed.

7. Account Deletion and User Safety Control

Users who created their account using email and password can permanently delete their account using: https://bigpitchure.hasotechnology.com/delete-account

• User account access is permanently removed
• Personal account information may be deleted or retained only where legally required
• Deleted accounts cannot be restored

8. Enforcement Actions

• Immediate removal of violating content
• Suspension or permanent termination of user accounts
• Preservation of evidence where legally required
• Reporting serious violations to law enforcement authorities

9. Compliance With Applicable Child Safety Laws

BigPitchure complies with applicable child safety laws, regulations, and Google Play Child Safety Standards.
