When you submit a script, we collect your name, email address, phone number, script title, script content, preferred language, regional hub selection, and genre preferences.

b. Talent Registration Data

When you register as a talent user, we collect your full name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, profile picture, location details, portfolio category, uploaded files, and portfolio links.

Talent users may upload platform content including:

• Text posts
• Image posts
• Audio posts
• Video posts

c. User Registration Data

When you register as a normal user, we collect your basic account information required for platform access and participation.

d. Automatically Collected Data

We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, pages visited, visit date/time, and referring websites.

e. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies for platform functionality, analytics, and remembering your preferences.

3. AI-Powered Script Analysis

We use Google Gemini AI to analyze scripts for language detection, originality scoring, duplicate detection, and quality assessment.

Your data is securely stored using PostgreSQL databases with encryption and access controls.

7. Age Restriction

BigPitchure is strictly intended for users aged 18 years and above. Users below the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use platform services.

8. Content Moderation and Feed Review

BigPitchure allows talent users to create and share user-generated posts and content within the platform.

• User posts are not automatically published to the public feed.
• Every post submitted by a user is reviewed by authorized administrators or moderation staff before publication.
• Only approved content becomes visible in the platform feed.

9. Post Reporting and Safety Review

BigPitchure provides users with an in-app reporting feature to help maintain platform safety.

Users may report posts involving:

• Harassment or abusive content
• Spam or misleading content
• Sexual or exploitative content
• Harmful or inappropriate content
• Content that may violate child safety standards

When a post is reported:

• The reported content is reviewed by our moderation team.
• Violating content may be removed immediately.
• Accounts involved in policy violations may be warned, restricted, suspended, or permanently banned.
• Serious violations may be escalated to law enforcement or relevant authorities where legally required.

10. Account Deletion and User Data Control

BigPitchure allows users who created their account using email and password to permanently delete their account.

Users may submit an account deletion request using our official deletion portal: https://bigpitchure.hasotechnology.com/delete-account  After a deletion request is successfully processed:

• Access to the user account will be permanently removed.
• Personal account information may be deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable legal obligations.
• Certain records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security investigations, or abuse prevention.

Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
